The apartment had an amazing balcony with breathtaking lake views. It made me feel relaxed and connected to nature. The cozy seating area and satellite flat-screen TV provided great entertainment and comfort during our stay. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave was so convenient for preparing meals and snacks. Each room had its own bathroom, which was a big plus for our family, providing privacy and convenience.
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the rooms a bit too cold at times, but others may enjoy it.

The modern apartment boasted stunning sea views, making our mornings and evenings truly memorable. The hosts, Yanni and Guy, were incredibly efficient and always available to assist us. When we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, Guy came to our rescue immediately, even on a Saturday evening. Their attentiveness and quick response time truly made our stay stress-free. The location of the apartments was also perfect, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also appreciated the well-maintained pool complex. it was a pleasant and enjoyable family experience.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities available in the apartment complex.

The lively nightlife, with its vibrant bars and clubs, made our evenings unforgettable. We had so much fun exploring the energetic atmosphere and dancing the night away. The location of Urbano Blanco Apartments was perfect for accessing all the excitement, and it was great to have a modern and comfortable apartment to return to after an eventful night out. The stunning sea views from our balcony added a touch of magic to our stay, allowing us to relax and soak in the beauty of the Mediterranean. The hosts, Yanni and Guy, were incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of amazing. We can't wait to come back!
In my wife's opinion, the proximity of Urbano Blanco Apartments to a local entertainment park could be bothersome for older generations. However, for families with small children, this could be a fantastic advantage and a great source of entertainment.

The decoration of the apartment was simply marvelous. The modernness and cleanliness were absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable and at ease in the well-done lounge and bedrooms. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It was conveniently located, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and many restaurants. The pool complex was great too, perfect for some relaxation under the sun. the apartment exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable.
If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance and guidance. While they were efficient and helpful in many aspects, I believe having a bit more attention and consideration for the needs of older guests would make the experience even better.

The apartment at Urbano Blanco was amazing! The balcony offered stunning views of the lake and the seating area was so cozy. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and microwave, made cooking a breeze. Having our own private bathroom was a huge plus, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. we really felt at home and loved every minute of our stay!
I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. But hey, that's just me.

The apartment was amazing - spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We loved the attention to detail and the well-thought-off amenities. The location was also great, just a short walk away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The private pool area was a definite advantage, providing a relaxing and convenient spot to cool off. the apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, making our week-long stay even more comfortable.
One small downside was the proximity to a local entertainment park. While it may be a benefit for families with small children, it wasn't as ideal for older generations looking for a quieter atmosphere.

The Urbano Blanco Apartments in Calpe were chosen by my director for our recent business trip, and I must say it was a great choice. The raised solarium with a Jacuzzi and lounge chairs was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. The serene atmosphere and stunning views made it a truly rejuvenating experience.
The only small issue was the proximity to a local entertainment park.

The Urbano Blanco Apartments provided a wonderfully modern and comfortable setting for my stay in Calpe. The decoration was tasteful and elegant, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and common spaces, were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the thoughtful design that took into consideration the needs of older guests, making it easy to navigate and enjoy all the facilities with ease.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite and friendly, sometimes it would have been helpful to have more staff readily available to provide additional support or assistance, especially for guests with mobility issues or special requirements.
